Precision PCB Assembly from Prototype to Production

Our San Jose assembly operation handles both low-volume prototype builds and higher-volume production runs. We combine SMT and through-hole assembly with automated optical inspection (AOI) and X-ray imaging to verify solder joint quality, component placement, and BGA integrity.

We work with manufacturing facilities that follow workmanship standards consistent with IPC-A-610 guidelines, and every assembly goes through documented quality checks before it ships. Both RoHS lead-free and traditional leaded processes are supported.
